I have taken out an internet contract with Cell C since January 2010 without being informed that I am actually outside their area of coverage. I submitted many requests to Cell C to do something with regard to this, they acknowledged that they are aware of the problem and that it would be resolved at the end of 2010. however to date nothing has been done, and because of all their promises I again renew my internet subscription, again i submitted the complaint. and again i was lead to believe that it would be sorted out, well to date nothing was done by cell c. They did not even try to make an arrangement with one of the other service providers to utilize their tower. Or to even try and offer to supply me with an antenna and booster so that i can utilize my internet at home. This is really unacceptable for cell c not to come with an solution to help their customers but yet I must pay my subscription every month.
