I recently bought 3 GB of internet time from Vodacom using their speedstick.
I have used this before and it has worked.
The past 2 weeks I have been into the store three times trying to resolve this.
I am still only able to connect to the internet intermittently. ( I am also dropping cell phone calls and often cannot even make a call or the call is made, the timer shows usage but there is no connection/voice).
I believe this service is unacceptable.
FWIW I am in the Sea Point area and have tested an 8Ta and Cell-C SIM in the area and a short distance from my flat and there seems to be good coverage.
I have tried very hard to resolve this with Vodacom but as I need to work, this poor coverage in unacceptable.
I am about to switch to 8Ta or Cell-C.
IS anyone else experiencing poor internet and or cell phone call coverage?
