This is now the 3rd report I've posted on Hello Peter, after numerous failed attempts to phone Cell C directly. I am fedup with my "NO SERVIE" that I receive from Cell C's Internet. I bought a router a few months back, and all went well, but the last 3 months my internet speed and network coverage just disappeared. I WILL CANCEL MY INTERNET CONTRACT WITH CELL C in 2 days, if I do not get any responce (and not just a phone call), but a actual solution to the bad internet connection that I HAVE to pay for every month. I was promised by Cell C that someone would come out for a site visit and sort out the problem, more than a month ago already, and STILL I am waiting for that person to pitch - they must have lost the directions (which they never asked for).
