Very frustrated!!

I live in an area that has no 3G coverage, but has HSDPA and H and all the other acronyms that allow for high speed internet. I don't need high speeds, all I need is internet that ACTUALLY WORKS.

The signal keeps skipping from H to 3G and then back again. What does this mean?? I get NO internet whatsoever. Nothing. It keeps telling me DNS server error, and that's because I can't get connected. I have tried 8ta, Cell C, Vodacom modems, and even my S2, and still the same issue.

So after struggling for nearly an hour now to get onto hellopeter, my question to you MTN is, when are you going to fix this?? I spoke to a call centre agent about this problem around 2010, and he had assured me that they are putting up a new tower nearby, because they know my area is a problem. Well, that tower either does not exist, or it is the worst signal relay ever, because I get little to no internet.

This is unacceptable as I run my business from home, and if I can't respond to a simple email, I might as well close.

Please help. Please fix this. I want working internet. Please please MTN
