Dear Hellopeter,
I needed internet aswell as a modem to send emails and surf the internet. I shopped around via the internet on my daughter's uncapped line and the cheapest deal I found was with Nashua Mobile.
They were offering 2 Gig data a month at R149.00 per month. That was perfect for me, it was all I needed and suited my pocket just fine as I am 61 years old and my budget is quite tight.
I received a shocking statement saying I have to pay approximately R1400. I have a heart condition so my daughter hid it away from me trying to sort it out first. According to Nashua that is what I used and that is what I have to pay.
My daughter sent several emails and made several phone calls but nobody wants to listen. Can you please help
I fail to see how a R149 contract for 2Gig data a month could possibly now be standing on more than R1300!
I am honestly regretting taking out this contract! I am 61 years old and do not have the time or patience to deal with such nonsense.
I want to see how they get to this amount, the contract I took out was for 2Gig at R149 / month.
I will also forward my complaint to Nashua's head office. This is ridiculous.
