I have a new account with m web for a cell c modem which i took out in Feb 2013. my internet is constantly not working and i took it specifically for my kids to be able to do their homework and when i call the call centre i always get conflicting stories. before i took out the 12 month contract i was told that cell c has 100% in my area now im struggling even to connect. the last person i spoke to at the call centre made me to hold for? 15 min until i had to put down the phone from my side. im appalled by their call centre service. if i can i would like to cancell my contract with them because im paying for a service that im not recieving.
