From the 1st of this month (March 2013) my 3G internet only works in drips and drabs. I reported this and explained that it is not my modem, or pc's because I tested it on my laptop in other area's. The customer care call centre takes so loooooong to get through to and I don't have a Cell-C phone so it costs bucks. My contract is with Mweb and the problem was given a reference no. on the 15th of this month. Cell-C claims that it will be attended to within 7 to 10 days... that was 12 days ago! I mean to say, c'mon guys... 7 to 10 days is just so bad!! To run a business with that sort of response time is of little use to anyone.
If anyone knows how to get out of my 12 month contract, I would appreciate it. As no-one from Cell C has even contacted me, I would guess that they don't give a! Today I can't even log in because there is a 619 error. I'm now having to use my MTN cell phone to connect to the net so I can send this! What a useless service this is.
