Poor service from Cell Network

Cell Network claimed a phone included on their December contract list was out of stock. They again listed this same phone on their February list, but once more staff simply said it was out of stock at MTN. They expected me to phone all their branches to find out where there was stock instead of making these enquiries themselves. And they kept simply making the while stocks last excuse, ignoring the fact that this phone was on a list that had just been released (hence they were claiming it had gone out of stock instantly). Their bad attitude makes MTN look bad.
