Unreliable network at premium rates

I changed from vodacom to mtn because I was told by mtn that I have full 3G in my area where I live. I battle constantly and sometimes will have full signal but mainly it sits on edge, I phoned the call centre from my cell which is another network because mtn doesn't seem to be great in my area, tonight alone I spent 18 minutes on the phone and on hold to one number, got told to phone another and spent 18 minutes on there. This is 36 minutes I pay for to report mtn non delivery. My cell phone is cell c and is always on 3G. My wife has wanted to do tax but every night she battles. Sometimes to send an email I need to sit in my car in a parking lot at a shop down the road. The call centre is slow to answer and I constantly spend a fortune on my cell c phone reporting problems with my mtn device. Unbelievably I pay much more for my mtn data than cell c and the product is worse and the service is unreliable. I can't wait for this contract to end, until it does I need reliable internet.
