CONFLICTING MSG REGARDING SUPPOSED OUTSTANDIND ACC

Previously reported that I am sick and tired of getting threatening sms'e about blacklisting me for an outstanding Cell C account. Got reply from CELL C on the 22nd of May 2013 confirming that my account is up to date and not in arrears and that this problem will be attended to. Today i get a phone call from your Call Centre saying that my account is in arrears that i need to email proof of pmt. I then phoned your call centre 10 min after receiving this call, trying to find out what is going on on the account. Call centre confirmed account is up to date and paid. Conflicting messages!! Do i or do i not owe cell c money because im now really getting tired of this story!!! What the is going on with you Cell C?? I am definately not renewing my contract after all this hassle!!! Well done to you awesome customer service! YOU!!!
