Apart from incredibly bad reception everywhere in Cape Town, I am unable to dial my alarm company's 0861 number. It tells me that if I'm on prepaid I must recharge and if on contract I must contact the support centre. I am on a Top Up contract and have 1:20 minutes available to me. So I called the call centre and they have no clue what is wrong. The call centre person told me to restart my phone and call the call centre again so that I can speak to someone else.
Additionally, I can't connect to internet in Cape Town - the signal is constantly on EDGE (forget 3G) and it drops all the time.
