I Mr. CH. Coetzer have been having nonstop problems with the service of Altech Autopage Cellular. I have been a customer of the above-mentioned Company for more than 10 years and feel disgusted in the service i have been receiving. First it was an issue to cancel a contract that I didn't want to renew, after so many calls that i have to pay I eventually came right after 3 months. Then the second was regarding a migration request that has not been done since the 15/11/2012. If you do not call to find out what the status is of the requested migration, you will never know that there was a error on the form. Why could the person/s responsible for this department just pick up a phone and let the customer know that the form was not filled in correctly or that the desired package was wrongly filled in. I have my reason why I need to do the migration. Now i have to pay high accounts for some company that didn't follow up nor do their work. See below for contacted dates.
