INCORRECT PACKAGE AND MIGRATION

PROBLEM STARTED AT SALES STAGE, I REQUESTED A BUSINESS CONTRACT AND A SALES GUY GAVE ME SMART S AND TOLD ME IT WAS A BUSINESS PACKAGE. PHONED VODACOM AND COMPLAINED ABOUT MY BILL BEING HIGH YET I CANT EVEN USE ANYTHING ON THIS PHONE AS I I WAS TOLD THAT MY BRAND NEW PHONE NEEDS A SOFTWARE UPGRADE, WHICH I ALSO FIND IT RIDICULOUS CAUSE ITS NEW. ON THE 17TH OF SEPTEMBER I PHONED VODACOM REQUESTING A MIGRATION ETC AND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND ME AN E-MAIL WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED THEN AGAN I CALLED ON THE 27TH, IT STILL TOOK FOREVER ONLY LATER WHEN I GOT HOME I REALISED THAT ALL VODACOM E-MAILS ARE SITTING ON MY JUNK MAIL, ON BOTHY HOME AND WORK EMAIL WHICH OBVIOUSLY IT IS VODACOM FAULT, NEVERTHELESS, ON THAT SAME DAY I WAS TOLD THAT MY MIGRATION HAS BEEN DONE AND EFFECTIVE 01/10/2012 CAUSE ALL I NEEDED WAS THAT CODE SO THEY COULD DO IT. YESTERDAY I GO AWAY ON HOLIDAY THEN I REALISE THAT MY PHONE HAS BEEN SOFT LOCKED!!! AND I CALLED IN I GET TOLD THAT NO MIGRATION WAS DONE!! NOW I WANNA KNOW WHOSE FAULT IS IT?? SINCE IM SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVICE PTODIDER CAUSE THIS AFFECT MY BUSINESS AND ITS PATHETIC!!!
