On the 31st december i upgraded my contract. I was using a blackberry now i have a Samsung but migration was not done on my package meaning i am using a Samsung with a micro sim but i am on a BIS package. Sometimes i cant make or receive calls because of this error so i have to reboot my phone when it happens. I went back to the store on the 22 january, the gentlemen that assisted me was on leave but he phoned me back on 23 january and told me that he will send through a request for a migration to be done. I went back to the store on the 24 january and the gentlemen showed me the email request he sent through and said he was still waiting for feedback. Even when i phone customer care on 25 january it was confirmed that a request was received for migration to be done but the quiry is still open. I am not too happy with mtn because i have been a loyal client to them so i am disappointed. Even today when i phoned the quiry is still open.
