REQUIRED AN UPGRADE ON DATA PACKAGE

I CALLED LAST YEAR IN SEPTEMBER 2013 AS MY ACCOUNT WAS SOARING TO OVER R3000.00, I CALL TO FIND OUT IF I CAN HAVE A LIMIT PLACED ON MY IPAD ACCOUNT. TO WHICH I WAS TOLD I NEED TO COMPLETE A TOP UP OR A MIGRATION FORM OF WHICH I DID AND WAS RECEIVED BY ALTECH ON THE 20/09/2013 . I WAS NOT INFORMED WHETHER THE MIGRATION WAS SUCCESSFUL OR NOT... I WAS BILLED AN EXHORBITANT AMOUNT AGAIN IN DECEMBER AND I CALLED AGAIN IN DECEMBER 2013 AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MIGRATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL AND THEIR WERE MIGRATION CHARGES ETC ETC ETC... WHICH WAS NEVER EVER EXPLAINED TO ME BEFORE... SO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ACCOUNT??? OF WHICH TO DATE I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AN IN WHICH TIME MY ACCOUNT WILL CONTINUE TO SOAR... POOR POOR POOR SERVICE... LACK OF COMPETENCE... LETS SEE HOW MUCH LONGER I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED
