Upgrade/migration

According to MTN, I now qualify for an upgrade. My son, who uses this number in question, has elected to rather opt for a migration over to a data package (a Tablet deal) as his upgrade choice. I made an application through my local MTN Store - Steenberg TOKAI, who advised and assisted me in the process. This request was logged at the beginning of June, however to this date; I am no where closer with regards to my upgrade/migration request. Every time I make a follow-up with the MTN Steenberg store, I walk away with much disappointment. Based on the information provided to me and the insistence of the service agents at the MTN store, there seem to be no clear reason or indication why my upgrade/migration request would not be granted. This seems to be supported by my perusal and interpretation of the MTN SP Customer Upgrade and Migration Policy. It was also stated by the MTN Store that they have done several successful migrations this year alone which was similar to my request and in the same eligible upgrade period. It needs to be noted that I have been a loyal MTN customer for many years and always in good standing. I feel very upset and unappreciated.
