Good Day, I recently visited one of your stores as i had seen a deal on your March Edition Magazine which interested me on upgrading my contract instead of cancelling it. Only to find out that your deal advertised as per the magazine states valid 07th March to 06th April but you don't have stock as the deal was limited number available. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous as no where in you brochure does it state limited quantity available. I drove a distance to your store for absolutely no reason and that's pathetic. Other providers are gladly willing to order stock and keep clients except for Vodacom. As per the consumer protection act you cannot advertise an item without sufficient stock, if advertised it should be stated clearly limited number available. I expect immediate feedback on this as i am furious. Feel free to contact me on my cell at any time. The deal is in your March edition magazine, page 23 at the top. I then received a call from Theo Stander, whom advised that there is no stock and I should contact one of your stores regarding stock availability. Is this my problem or Vodacom's???
