Vodacom
Package Migration

I requested a migration from the Talk 500s to the Red Advantage on the 27th December 2013, this is a higher package than I was originally on. The migration should have taken place on the 1st January 2014
The migration quotation document was received by us on the 27th December which was duly signed and returned via email on the same day. To my dismay I logged on to My Vodacom on the 1st January 2014 and discovered that this was never done. The email was sent to [Email Removed]
On phoning them and asking why this was never done their reply was that I shouldn't have emailed the form through to them.. My question is why was a signature requested on the document then and why is there an email address [Email Removed] if this is not monitored. From what I understand my partner should have replied to their original email with certain details.
Vodacom has now blatantly refused to migrate the package until the 1st February 2014.I find their attitude typical of a corporate company unacceptable. Should my complaint not be resolved to my satisfaction I will definitely think carefully about renewing my contracts with Vodacom when they become due.
