Migration Cancelation not done after 2 months!!!

THis is the 4th complaint about the same issue.

I first have requested a migration, after this was not done when it should have been done (2months late) I requested this to be cancelled well ahead of the switch of the migration. This was done from Woodlands Branch and request sent to head office of Autopage. After it was not follow up and done it was also sent to Jay Chana [Email Removed] 011 650 5052 Assistant Credit Manager. She gave Woodlands the fualt for not canceling this, Xenia at Woodlands gives Head Office the fualt.

Jay Chana does not repond at all to any complaints or bothers to follow up on the problem... I have sent numerous mails, she also does not repond to Xenia. What type of manager is this...?

Now my contract has not been converted back to what it was prior to the cancelation of the migration. I just got an SMS saying that the previous packge is not availble. Now i will be forced to go to another packege with less benefits that what I had. According the the NCP a provider cannot force me to do anything. You need to put me back on the previous packge as Autopage is at fualt and no one bothers to resolve this. WORST SP EVER!!!
