I requested Cell C to migrate from Casual Talk 100 on 0848253843 in January the 9th 2013 to Top Up 100 Straight - Cell C made mistake by migrating my package to Top Up 50 Straight beginning of February - I have been queering this since February only respond I get from Call Centre is to refers the matter to migration dept - I then requested to be changed to Top Up 200 in April as my original request was not honoured, same promise was made but not delivered - I have made over 26 calls to Cell C and over 15 emails with no joy - They take an advantage that if I cancel this contract prior its maturity I should pay for the remainder of the contract which I'm will to contest as I don't get the service I have Anticipated and Desired as a Customer.
All I need from Cell C is the proper package which suite my need - The onus it now on Cell C to do the right to me as their Customer as my days are now numbered with Cell C and will walk out of this contract without paying a single cent to Cell C if this does NOT improve Urgently or Promptly
