My complaint is not directed to the store in partucular my girlfriend has a contract and I have posted complaints against her phone has she is having ongoing problems and with regards to the feedback the phone was asked to be booked back in for service she is not willing to do this as she says she had no major problems infact nothing was wrong just at the store she was asked to book in just for a soft ware upgrade. She waited over a month and was told there is no parts to repair her phone and will be replaced with a new phone but when she got to the store she was told brand new phones are not given instead refurbiushed phones are given.if she book this phone again she will wait again for over a month and wait for another phone that is totally unfair to her currently she is very upset with the phone. Ink on screen but that is diappearing slowly, on a picture she can't crop and save, on a picture she is unable to cut or copy and paste, while typing it scrolls uncontroled at certain times aswell as when typing it type some strange letters especially at night, but she is more furious cause she is getin invites from the previous owners contact. I want better feedback.
