Brand new I Phone 5 worked for 3 weeks

I upgraded my contract in september 2013, got myself a new Apple i phone 5, as I was very excited. My phone started giving bad signal problems, my signal shows full but my stays ingaged no can get hold of me, I went back to the store in swellendam and the lady that sold me the phone told me that cell c has problems with signals on the I Phone 5.two days after I logged the complaint I took my phone in for repairs as there was no signal on the phone and the vibrate ring did not work as well. Booked it in and they told me it would take 21 days.after a month I went back to the store to find out were my phone was, I was told to phone the call centre, after poor service again no new I had a new phone, I was told that a phone was sent to the branch but it was a refurb phone, I lost my cool and wanted to speak to a manager, Vivan answerd and told me that my phone was not new as it was used for 3 weeks, thats why they only book out refurbished phone, this is as i payed for a new phone and now i must get someones refurbished!!! Apple is going to hear about this how cell c is causing problems for them, the fact is the store lady told me cell c has signal problems!!!
