Blackberry is a Big No No

I have followed instructions from my complaint to book the phone in for repairs the book was returned with a service sheet stating it under went a software upgrade and parts where replaced within a month my girlfriend starting having similar problems the phone is freezing and the scroller scrolls itself and the worst in order to read an sms she has to remove her battery and sim wait a few minutes then replace to read the msg I am totally disappointed with mtn and they service I have a blackberry with vodacom and not once I book in for service you can do an investigation on her number and you will pick up how many times her phone has been repaired both in phoenix and umhlanga now she Is not willing to renew her contract its time mtn look into this and replace her with a brand new phone or I will be taking this matter up futher please look into it properly
