Second Blackberry problems

New Contract on 25/10/2011 - on 11/08/2012 phone was booked on for service and Cell C decided to replace with a brand new phone Oct 2012. On 19/01/13 back with brand new phone - problems phone heats up when charging - Now I must pay for any costs, because the first phone is no longer in its gaurentee.
What I cant understand is that Cell C gave me a brand new Blackberry phone in Oct 2012 and now 3 months later this brand new phone has NO gaurentee. No where in my contract is there mention of this gaurentee and I was never told that the new replaced phones gaurentee will form part of the first phone gaurentee. I now have a 3 month old phone and cant use it. When fully charged battery lasts for half an hour then phone dead. Cell C replaced a faulty phone and now they want me to pay for costs. Cell C is also making balckberry looking very bad, for this is poor service. I have spend two and a half hours on 19/01/13 to get this sorted in the tygervalley store - no help - I phoned customer centre - useless. I feel it was Megan who is the store manager responsibility to have mentioned this gaurentee issue, for the consumer must be informed at all times, if this is not in the contracts.
