Very unhappy custome

I called the mtn corporate upgrades call centre on 15 March spoke to Chazlim after about 45 min on the phone and confirming I think on three occations that the device I chose was in stock and would be delivered to me in 5 to 7 days on Monday 25th march I decided to call Chazlim who was not available spoke to another lady who could not find the upgrade on the system she then put me through to chazlim who also could not find the appl. he said he would calkl me back by 10am that morning, by 12 pm no call and again I called chazlim was once again not available spoke to Erick who told me that there was no stock, very upset now I needed to escalate the call and was put through to Calvin (team leader) after explaining the whole thing again he would call me back by 2pm which he did, the explanation is unacceptable. according to Erick they did not or ran out of stock and also took that promotion off the sbsa list even though it was until the end of April. With this I needed to go higher I email Jenny Santiago senior account manager she came back advising me that the query was sent to the call centre management team, so far no response very unhappy
