Who is doing who a favour between Wonder and I?

I contacted the Corporate sales division of MTN to upgrade my package on Wednesday 26/06/2013.
I spoke to a young lady by the name of wonder Whom convinced me that she would call me back as the phone I wanted to upgrade was not in stock. The following day I called that division again and spoke to Koketso whom also promised to call me back. Both these ladies failed to contract me back as promised.

Today I called once again requesting to speak to Wonder, i provided her with the reference number she had given me last week. Bearing in mind that its now a week later expecting her to call me back. She seem perplexed about my upgrade and I had to remind her again. I was then put on hold in silence only for her to return to me advising that they still didn't have my phone in stock.

Wonder then goes ahead to tell me to call back a few days later to find out if they have the phone I want in stock. If i'm suppose to call her back then what the purpose of her JOB??? She has no sense of courtesy and she lacks professionalism.

My contract ends in September and so does my bond with MTN.
