Ad service from the call centre staff

Called the call centre on saturday morning and spoke to the consultant who placed me on hold for 10 minutes then the consultant dropped the line, I then called again and the same things happened again, the third time I called and request to speak to a team leader and was told there's no teamleaders on duty, I then spoke to Anton from telephone banking, he promise to get back to me by monday no response, I then spoke to a collection consultant who logged a call to the admin desk and was told the the refund will be process on monday. I called today spoke to the teamleader in collections who told me that the funds will be in my acc within 40 days. She promise to get back to me, still no response. I have never receive such bad service in my entire life. From a very unhappy custome
