Pour service!

I bought the 60Gig day and 60Gig night surfer. To my surprise the 60Gig was used up in less than 6 months - since the internet is only used for my business (one person) emails. Which means an average of 85 (4M) emails per day. But left with 58Gig night surfer.
When I queried the account details at the Clearwater store their only response is that they will send an email to the head office. When asked to rather phone and get to the source of the problem their response was that they will not waist the time to sit on the phone because it will take all day. I could not raise my concern to the manager since she was not their but driving around...
I then phoned on my own expense and got through to a consultant in less than 20 seconds. He kindly helped me and said they will send me a full report within 72hours (same reply as per Clearwater branch).
That evening when attempted to use my 58Gig left of night surfer I was informed that that too has been used. 58Gig in less than 12hours without internet connection???
It has been 3 weeks now and still no report. I phoned yesterday to once again be informed that NOTHING has been done to look into my case!!! I will call this pour service!
