I've unfortunately had to deal with MTN Corporate's outsourced Corporate Upgrades call centre, in attempting to upgrade my contact. Something as simple as an upgrade has been taking over 4 weeks to finalise and still remains unresolved, due to the terrible service and unacceptable response times from this call centre, who deals the corporate upgrades.
It started with me asking for a quote on an upgrade - I was given a quote and requested info on when they'd receive stock of a Samsung Galaxy S4 (non LTE version) in white. I had not received a response and called the call centre again a few times. Each time a different call agent answered and provided a different price and also conflicting info on phones particularly around LTE and Non-LTE versions. I've subsequently requested management assistance and a supervisor promised to promptly assist. This person had an "inter-active" email address. After promising to get back to me within a day and assist, I've still not received any joy and weeks are passing..
I've never been this frustrated in the 12 years of having cellphone contracts and upgrading. I can't believe how impossible it is to get the much needed assistance
