HORRIFIED WITH THE POOR SERVICE FROM MTN DIRECT

I am so disgusted with the service i received from MTN direct. I was called by Palesa from MTN direct for an upgrade that is due on0732767723 on Wednesday the 6 March 2013. When Palesa called I told her I went to the MTN branch in Montana to do an upgrade of a laptop but they did not have stock for me and had to order it and they too did not get back to me, so when Palesa called me I asked her if they have stock of the laptop and said yes they have and I asked how long the delivery will take and she said that I will received it on Monday the 11 March 2013. I called MTN direct and could never get hold og Palesa. On Monday when I called the agents told me my upgrade has been finalised andism with the courier but they will e-mail Palesa to call me. Still no call from her or her team leader who the matter was escalated too. Then yesterday I was assisted by H. Naidoo who sent an e-mail to her and her team leader no response yet and heard they dont have stock, Palesa to me which is unacceptable. According to the consumer protection act you cant advertise and not have the items in stock. MTN does not care about service or its clients as their service terrible. I am disgusted.
