Extremely bad service

I settle my easy plan loan, on the 2nd of July 2013, called the call centre, spoke to Omega, she said she will escalate matter as it was not showing on the system that it has been closed. I also requested a an email confirming that, I never got it. On the 17 I called spoke to Khulile, he said my account was still open, but he will escalate to the manager, I will get a letter same day confirming that it has been closed and debit order has been cancelled, still that was a lie, I never got it, yesterday I called again the manager or the team leader was waiting for the feedback. I wanted to open my 32days notice, but with this service, I don't want to c this bank ever. Someone higher must closed my account, and email me the confirmation, urgently.
