Cell c for yourself (they knew what they meant)

On 26/07/2011 I upgraded my cell c contract (24 months) and in october of the same year i called the call centre to change my babnking details, apparently whoever i spoke to de-activated my contract & re-actiavted it again, so now that im due for an upgrage as april will be my 21st month on the contract an i can upgrade, in january when i called to confirm when i can upgrage i was advised that according to the system my contract was taken in october 2011 & i advissed them that in october i changed the banking details, i have spoken to a number od team leaders who have promised to have this sorted out as they picked up that the error was done on their side, since january i have had no joy, its been 3 months now & their system still says my contract was activated in october 2011, i have been promised call backs since january of this year & last week i spoke to a team leadr again who reffered this matter higher & called me back on friday night to tell me that he has spoken to his superiors and had asked them to contact me but to date i havent received any call backs & have streesed the need for a new phone but they dont seem to care, their service is poor & disgusting!!!
