Poor Service and not activating my contract

Contacted CellC Direct to upgrade my contract after the two year period on the 16 February 2013. Took out a new contract with an Apple 5 phone with talktime sms's and data. Received the phone and started using the phone. After I received a bill for R3100 after which I contacted Cell C only to find out that they have never activated my new upgrade. Only after my call in May all of a sudden the contract was activated from the 8 May 2 month later. For the past two months I am billed on the old contract which has no benefits as mentioned above. I have a new bill for the month of April for R4300. I have spoken to Mr Zapati in sales on the 6 May and to Sybel Malopi and Bongi with no feedback as was promised. I then got hold of Janelle from the CEO's office who promised feedback, with only that the contract was activated on the 8 May and has send my request to a Mr Asuf Khan. She cannot help me any further. She said she is not allowed to give me the number of Mr. Khan due to policy. I have now spend a week on my costs to try and get hold of people that can help to no avail. I am requesting my contract to be cancelled with immediate effect. Stopping all payments @bank
