I started a 2 year contract with Cell C in October 2011 for a Huawei tablet, thinking that they would have the knowledge and know how of to let me know when the contract will expire (October 2013) YET I am STILL being debited!! Luckily I am able to reverse the debit orders but why should I have too, seeing that theres more than enough staff at that branch to put their heads together to realise what month it would calculate to 2 years after October 2011. I am tired of having to reverse my debits due to lack of a companies communication!! Stop the debits!! Stop the contract!! AND wake up!! I was debited over R500 this evening and thanks to Cell C's incompetence, I am stuck with just over R60 in my bank account!!
