I just ported my number from vodacom to cell c. BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! i HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM SALES AND CUSTOMER CARE. I took a contract with Cell c describing that I want an open line and i was told my contract incl BIS. After i signed up and was happily billed by Cell c, i find out that the contract i have is not what i asked for. i have called cell over 10 times and still have not spoken to anyone willing to help me. Even the team leaders do not call me back. My reference number is 3021902609.
