VERY DISSAPOINTED AT THE LACK OF SERVICE

I have had endless problems with Cell C. I am Disappointed and Disgusted at CELL C. I took out a contract with Cell C and the phone was delivered immediately. Once the phone was delivered, that's when all the problems began. I spoke to one call centre consultant to another for an entire week. Everyone promised to SO-CALL help me but nothing was done. My Sim card was not activated for over a week, so I was unable to use my phone, to top it all off Cell C sent me a sim that wasn't even working, so i had to take out cash and buy a new Sim Card which was very UNNECESSARY there was one consultant who went out of her way to actually help me. Her name was Mercel. I was called by a lady called Blanche who was suppose to help me activate my sim card but she forwarded it yet again to another team leader, this team leaders name was Lorrelle. She is by far the worst person that i have dealt with. She called me and put me on hold for 20 minutes and promised everything would be sorted, yet again nothing was done. I called her repeatedly on Friday and she promised to call me back. I then called her again after 12 and was told that she had left for team building. To date she still hasnt called.
