Ad attitude, clueless and still no service

I wanted a ledger of account ie, invoices and payments on a letter head on pdf or any format, tim the 1st consultant sent it on excel, with no mtn logo, Siya the 2nd was rude and didnt believe that Tim had sent an excel document. barbara didnt have a clue of what i was talking about, then they was Noma who kept on telling me she will send an itemised billing, i then decided enough let me phone the head office, they put me through to a guy who kept insisting i had given him a wrong passport number, to which he realised his mistake but still sent me wrong documents with a name Joe Soap,
i cant wait for my contract to end and i swich service providers for every one in my company, if they are people out there with the similar problems with mtn, please help and we go on campaign to expose their mentally challenged staff, ignorance, and failure to comprehend simple requests.
