Autopage, Clueless and SHOCKING!
I called their Call Centre the morning of 18th Nov asking for Itemised billing, spoke to one clueless agent who took my email address and told me the itemised bill has been sent. 30 min later I called again spoke to another agent who told me I need to email 10 frequent no`s dialled on my phone, copy ID & this will be sent to me. Guess what I am still waiting, instead of the itemised billing I received more than 10 invoices. Emailing back and fourth I decided to copy a senior manager Aneil Naidoo who also emailed me more invoices? Continued asking and begging for itemised billing eventually I was told by Aneil to go to the closest Dealer and they will assist? Guess what, today I got into my car drove all the way to be told by I cannot be assisted cause I am not paying for this service? 3 x different people at Autopage couldn't tell me this? how horrific is this? had I been told 1st time around I could have made other means? These bunch of has lost me huge business. My phone fell broke hence I needed itemised billing just to get 1 no I dialled on my phone. I will ensure I tell everyone I know of the service APC is offering.
