Easy question. No response

I sent an e-mail about a month ago through your web site, but received not response.

1. I have an Internet contract with Vodacom (ONLY INTERNET)
2. For months I have been able to log into Vodacom's web site [URL Removed] and check my remaining data balance. The balance was shown at two places:
a) Account Summary and
b) My Balances, under the Data Balances tab.
3. Suddenly this information is NOT AVAILABLE on the web site anymore.
a) Under Account Summary, only airtime is shown (this is an Internet contract - I have no airtime ever)
b) Under My Balance, under the Data Balances tab, a message "No Bundle Balance Information available".

This information is very important to me and I need to be able to check it online.

PLEASE READ the following before responding:
1. I can not remove my SIM card from my computer. The SIM card is inserted into a special card reader, under the battery.
2. I prefer e-mail responses. But if you have to call: Please call my on my 083 number. The 082 number is ONLY my account number and CAN NOT receive any calls (since the SIM card is in my computer).

How can I check my balance ONLINE?
