Log a complaint with Vodacom on 8 January because I am unable to download my itemised billing from the internet. I was requested to mail my ID to request them to mail me the bills. Unfortunately I received the bills firstly in the wrong format and secondly for the wrong period. A day later I received a sms informing me the problem was solved and my request was closed. Its 8 days later and I am still unable to access my itemised billing through internet. I missed my deadline to submit my claims at my employer - will have to wait another month before my claim will be paid. Had to log another request today to get my profile fixed on the internet...
