Logged a complaint no response

I looged a complaint on Friday 22 March 2013, as of now 27/3/13 no one has contacted me. usd ref 1922934

I have a blackberry z10, have made a couple of calls to have my webmail e-mail account set up on the phone.
The call center just go through their various options and it just doesnt get set up, no matter what server address and port numbers they suggest. i am sure out of last resort they told me to do a wipe, which i am reluctant to do.

My complaint is that they cannot help me, and furthermore after logging a call on their website no one has contacted me in this regard
