I called these people because I recieved an sms from them, the receptionist was very nice and polite then she put me through to another lady who was very rude and didnt want to listen to anything I had to say, she was interupting me when I was talking and I was trying to advise her that the account they were talking about was paid 3 months ago but she kept inturpting me and insisting that was not true. Once she realised she was wrong and she made a mistake she didnt even apologise for it or for her attitude. I am the one who made the call to their office to find out what was going on and yet I was treated like a complete fraudstar and was almost not allowed to say anything concerning the matter. What kind of lawyers are these who are sending us an sms to contact them when they can call us if the matter is so huge? How competent are these people if they are making mistakes regarding people's accounts? Sounds to me like they are trying to get us to cough out money where not neccesary...
