I live close to the Excel petrol station that is on Hendrik Potgieter in Ruimsig. I always went to the Caltex garage because of the excellent service I recieve each day from them. So this morning i decidd to go to Excel garage seeing that it is the closest to home and I have never poured petrol there. I wait patiently behind a car unattendd by the owner as i needed to use 95 unleaded. I realised that they were short staffed because i only saw 3 petrol attendants. So the petrol attendant that was assisting a car next to me tells the customer in the car that arrived after me to wait behind the car that he was attending to. Right after he was done with the customer i found him busy with. He immediately assists the customer who arrived after me. I had been waiting there for about 10 mins and got no assistance. I eventually drove off with no assistance as i was on my way to work. This is pathetic service!!! They are short staffed and on top of that I waste my time waiting for NO SERVICE when others recieved first preference!!! Never again am i setting foot at EXCEL garage. They really excel in giving bad service.
