No S3 Galaxy phone delivered after payin 4 upgrade

Beginning of Feb 2013, Muhammad Coovad from MTN Direct phoned me and asked if i wanted to take an upgrade. I said yes because I thought it was MTN calling. I have been with MTN for 13 years. He said he would have a new Samsung Galaxy S3 delivered if i took the upgrade. He said that the S3 takes a small mini SIM so I asked if i could take that SIM and put it in my old Nokia, if i needed to. He said i could if I got a SIM holder for it, which he said he would deliver. Shortly after STT came and delivered the phone but no SIM or SIM holder so i sent it back and asked them 2 deliver everything. I heard nothing for 1.5months. So on Friday 22nd March I went to to MTN SP Cavendish, Claremont, CPT and standing for 2 hrs, the MTN SP rep and I tried to track down Muhammad from MTN Direct. MTN Direct pushed us from pillar to post refusing to cancel the upgrade so that the MTN rep cld rather do the upgrade for me & issue me with my new phone @ the shop. Remember that I have been paying for the upgrade since early Feb but have no upgraded phone. Eventually we got Muhammed. He said he would cancel the upgrade and then hung up.
