I called Cell C direct to upgrade my current Samsung galaxy to the new iPhone 5. I talked to a lady and told her I want to upgrade and she took down all my details, and just before she verified everything I asked her about the sim card and how I keep my number etc. - the IPhone 5 takes the Nano sim. So she's like " oh, you want to upgrade - I'll transfer you to our upgrade department." - wasted 20 minutes!
Then the lady in the upgrade department takes down all my details as well, another 25 minutes.
So two days later they delivered my phone - 2 OF THEM! Identical boxes! I really needed a new phone due to practical reasons, so I had to choose a box and open it. So after I had to go to a Cell C store they told me that the first lady put the order through, and I now have two contracts on my name and that I opened the wrong box - my upgrade contract is in the other unopened one.
I tried to call Cell C Direct more than 40 times, emailed them and send a fax as well and approximately spend more than 3 hours on the phone to get hold of them. Eventually they told me that they'll come and collect the new contract phone - that was two weeks ago, and no one came to collect it yet!!!
