19 yrs, 1 debit order missed - immediate disconnet

Due to an unplanned incorrect deduction on my bank account over which I had no control my debit order was returned. I have had my account almost since autopages inception and have neer missed a payment. I saw the issue this morning and made payment from another account. They did not contact me until after 12h00 (and I had already phoned and got the details andpaid the account) by SMS not to tell me it had failed could I arrange payment but to tell me they had suspended my service. I live on a farm, have a husband in hospital and 2 ill children. AUTOPAGE your service is DISGUSTING!
