Pending Contract

I went in to open a cell contract on the 29-12-2012 at the vodacom shop in Limpopo and today its the 4thFeb 2013 and nothing has happened. I tried calling them on several occasion during the month of Jan and thier line was always down. I work out of town and could not go in for enquiries. I finally got the time last week friday and when i went in they apologised and promised to rectify the mistake on saturday. Saturday came and went and yesterday when my husband was about to load airtime on his phone we realised that they had now loaded his cell with the contract airtime. Like seriously, are they that incompetent???

We tried to call and again to no shock we couldnt get through, so we had to then drive 35Ks to go tell them to sort their mistakes out. When we got there they tell us that they never received a call to which we dialed the number again and the phone was off the hook. They then proceeded to tell us that they were about to close shop and they couldnt help us so when they come in the following day they will sort it out. What kind of service delivery is this?? HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED in VODACOM.
