Upgrade issue

On tuesday i called in the mtn to ask if i can get an upgrade an extra line so kgosi suggested i do an upgrade on a handset then get a laptop as an extra line so i agreed. then on thursday i received a call from RTT SAYING THEY WANT TO DELIVER MY PARCEL I THEN ASKED HOW MANY PARCELS ARE THEY DELIVERING THEN I WAS TOLD ONLY ONE WHICH IS THE HANDSET. i then called mtn direct to ask what is happening and then all the agents gave me a run around and was told that i need to speak to kgosi who was sent numberous emails from different agents as well as his supervisor who also was cc in the emails and they both didnt bother to call me back, i then called back on friday the 16th to cancel the upgrade as i was not happy and i was still given a run around saying tht kgosi has to cancel it, he was sent more emails and no calll from him, i had call into the call centre more then 10 times until i got through to him. he was very rude to me and told me that if i dnt want tthe phone i should go the the store and they will help me.i later went to mtn store and i was told they cant help me coz kgosi did not cancel the upgrade. i called again to mtn direct and i was given stories again.
