Bad business ethic and poor customer service

On 21/03/2013 I went into Nashua Mobile Sandton City and applied for an additional contract (Samsung Note II) after approval there was a problem to finalise and activate the contract.i requested the device be delivered on Monday before 15h30 which i was assured would happen. This was from the consultant herself that it would be delivered by Monday to the given delivery address.she also said to me and my wife that she would call us to give feed back as to a red cover for the Samsung Note II but on Monday but by Monday late afternoon I had no delivery of my device nor was my wife or i contacted by any of the staff from Nashua Mobile Sandton City. On Monday Afternoon when my wife calls in @ the store and speaks to a Karabo about the delivery she is informed that there was a order for a Samsung Note II but she not sure if its for a fone or a tablet and the order is not completed.after all my time a patience i still could not receive delivery by 17h00 Monday. I am so dissatisfied with the bad service and unprofessinalism, because no one had the courtesy to call me or my wife to inform us of a delivery problem or processing problem - THANKS NASHUA MILE SANDTON CITY!
