6 Days New Contract Still Not Active? Nashua Mobile

Monday I had to got to the Grove mall to pick up my new Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. When I got there the lady helping me was on the landline with her boyfriend (now I know why I could not get through earlier that day).

Eventually I had to sign a delivery note, then I noticed it was another person's name, surname and ID number?

She then realised she gave my phone and sim to another guy also picking up his new S4.

She then did a swim swap for me.

It has been 6 days now and the new nr is still not active. When my wife phoned the Grove she would just say call you back now. Only Ize the young white girl would try and help.

I then contacted Nashua everyday since and guess what, my number is still not active.

If they do not sort this out and in some way make up for this whole mess, I will post a article with the pdf of the document proving their negligence and a video on my blog.

I will then do SEO to ensure it ranks for nashua mobile in top 5 so everyone can see what happened to me.

She never even checked my license or ID book to make sure I was who I said I was.

This is totally unacceptable!!
